"Morning Star" Or "son of the morning" ?
"Lucifer" is the Latin term originally used by the Romans to refer to the planet Venus when that planet was west of the sun and hence rose before the sun in the morning, thereby being the morning star.
I'd just finish this word study the other day.

Some Think This transit of Venus acrossed the sun marks the begining of the Tribulation Period. Yet I think we have passed the time of sorrows and it marks the 3 1/2 year Mid way point, as the Beast stands up. and soon we will see Mat 24: 9 coming to pass.
