fire; and I know in my heart that that was the beginning of some sorrow,
because that blood is going to continue to flow.
I also want to remind you again of the vision of Joel. He said,
“And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all
flesh…”20
I want you to notice, it says here that He is going to pour out His Spirit
upon all flesh; and He said,
“…and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall
dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:
He said that your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your old
men shall dream dreams and your young men will see visions. Well, this old
man is seeing both visions and dreams. Amen! So I must be old and young
at the same time. Amen!
And He said (in Verse 30),
“And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire,
and pillars of smoke.”
“…blood and fire and pillars of smoke….” What kind of thing is that?
Now you cannot have blood unless you have somebody dying. Right? But
“…blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.” When Pentecost came, there were
the “tongues of fire”21 on the heads of the brethren. And those tongues of fire
were the fire of God that God had promised to send. Every time a temple
was dedicated, fire came down. So at Pentecost, fire came down and Peter
said, “This is what Joel was saying!”22 But do you know what happened?
The fulfillment of the prophecy only went as far as the “fire.” For there was no
blood and there were no pillars of smoke in Pentecost! Are you there? So
then, “blood” and “pillars of smoke” is yet to come! Because the thing is
being fulfilled on different levels and the fulness of that word has yet to come!
Hallelujah!
“Pillars of smoke” means atomic bombs, where there is blasting smoke
and this massive pillar. You know, that is what shocked me when I saw the
first blast of the atomic bomb—this massive pillar of smoke and debris going
up into the heavens. Hallelujah!
So then, Brethren, go home and tell God that you want to hear from Him.
It is a church that has ears, you know. You understand? You want to hear
from Him about what you can do, that you will be part of this man child
company, or what you must not do because you want to be a part of this man
child company. All the sufferings that you go through, God is only trying to

make you pure and holy! Hallelujah! He said, “I must have my church
without spot, without blemish, without wrinkle or any such thing.”23 Hallelujah!
